SHIPPING  AND LOST/STOLEN ORDERS:

• If order is shipped back to our office because shipping address is incorrect, unfortunately you will be responsible for extra shipping fee in order for us to ship out again.

• Adore Lash And Body is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items/packages but we do understand this can happen and want all our customers happy. We will offer to ship another order at no cost to you if you agree to pay shipping cost. 

If tracking says it has been delivered to your address & you have not received it, you must call USPS at (1-800-275-8777). Lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to the United States Postal Office.
